Thai Massage

An ancient practice used to relieve the stress in the body's muscles. Yogic stretching movements are incorporated as the therapist kneads and presses muscles along the body's energy lines with hands and feet. Thai massage is believed to help reduce the severity of your headache, decrease lower back and joint pain, increase your flexibility, calm your anxieties, and energise your mind and body.

This technique is suitable for anyone with an active lifestyle looking to treat injuries or repetitive sprains or strains that have been built up over time in specific soft tissue and muscle areas. Sports massage can help release and reduce tension in muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage 

This technique uses deep pressure; combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and connective tissues.
